1. Community Development:
Manage Group/Community:
- Respond to customers in a timely manner including collecting users’ information
- Provide information including engaging text, image and video content to maintain interaction
Build Group/ Community:
- Support planning and implementing activities to develop community/ group
- Coordinate with Account, Creative team to deploy content monthly/ quarterly/ yearly plan
2. Social Outreach & Influencer Management:
- Propose & execute influencer & social outreach plan (not limited to Fanpage/ Group and Creators across all social media platforms): include writing proposals and pitching according to communication/ social outreach/influencer campaigns.
- Monitor, track & report on performance.
3. Social Seeding Management:
- Monitor performance: Support line-manager to plan and track seeding campaign on social platforms to deliver campaigns’ objective
- Seeding partnership: Closely work with agencies/ Vendor to build seeding partnership to expand coverage as possible
